Breuberg Castle
Breuberg Castle, over 850 years old, is well-preserved and offers a glimpse into German castle architecture from the 12th to the 17th century. After navigating the moat and gates, visitors find a youth hostel where children can experience being knights for a day.

Auerbach Castle, which dates from the 13th century. It was left to decay after its destruction in 1674 but soon became a tourist attraction for the visitors of the Fürstenlager. From the 19th century onwards, the ruin was secured and made accessible for tourists.
